Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of StockSlab, StockSlab Mobile, and related services provided by Cuboid Inc, Pakistan. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and business owners
The business owner is responsible for its account, users, permissions, credentials, and all activity under the account. Business owners must keep account details accurate and promptly remove access for people who should no longer use StockSlab.
Acceptable use
You must use StockSlab lawfully and must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where law permits it, introduce harmful code, or use the service to process unlawful content.
Your business data
Your business owns the business data it enters into StockSlab. You give Cuboid Inc permission to process this data only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the service for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business data.
Subscriptions and fees
Fees, payment terms, and subscription terms are as agreed in your order or invoice. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless your order or invoice states otherwise.
Availability and offline mode
We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Desktop StockSlab is designed to keep working offline from its local database. Cloud sync and some account functions need an internet connection.
Updates and beta features
We may update the apps, including desktop auto-updates, to improve security and functionality. Beta features are provided for evaluation, may change or end, and may have limitations.
License and intellectual property
Cuboid Inc owns StockSlab and its related intellectual property. Subject to these terms and your payment obligations, we grant your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use StockSlab for its internal business operations.
Disclaimers
StockSlab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should review important business records and maintain appropriate operational controls.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cuboid Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount your business paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
Termination and data export
You may stop using StockSlab subject to your order or invoice. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. Before termination where practical, business owners should export needed business data. Our deletion process is described at /data-deletion.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts with jurisdiction in Pakistan will resolve disputes, unless applicable law requires another forum.
