Staff or employee accounts

  1. Ask your business owner or admin to deactivate your account in StockSlab under Users.
  2. If you cannot reach your admin, email Cuboid Inc using the request link below.
  3. We will verify your identity and coordinate with the business owner where needed.

Business owners

Delete whole business data.

  1. Send the deletion request with your account email, business name, and phone number.
  2. Tell us whether to delete your user only or the full business account and business data.
  3. We verify identity before acting, then confirm the request outcome by email.

What happens next

What we delete

We remove the requested account and, for a full business deletion, business records from active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

What we may retain

We may retain audit or financial records when the law requires it. We retain only what the law requires and for the required period.

Identity verification protects business data from unauthorized deletion. A partial deletion request can remove only your user while leaving the business account and records in place.
