License
Cuboid Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use StockSlab desktop and StockSlab Mobile for your business’s internal operations, subject to these terms and any order or invoice.
Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or reverse engineer the apps except where law prevents this restriction. You must not remove proprietary notices or use the apps to provide services to third parties without our written permission.
Ownership
The apps are licensed, not sold. Cuboid Inc and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the apps and related materials.
Updates
The apps may download or install updates. Updates are part of the apps and are subject to this EULA unless separate terms apply.
Apple and Google terms
Cuboid Inc, not Apple or Google, is the licensor of StockSlab Mobile. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no warranty obligation for the app and no responsibility for claims related to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
If you use StockSlab Mobile through Apple’s App Store, you must comply with applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it. If you use the app through Google Play, you must comply with applicable Google Play terms.
Termination
This license ends when you stop using the apps, your business account ends, or Cuboid Inc terminates the license for a breach. On termination, stop using and remove the apps from your devices.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in the StockSlab Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
Governing law and contact
